CLUB BYLAWS : ARTICLE XI - FINANCIAL POLICY
Section 5
Donations. The club shall accept
charitable contributions to assist in executing of its goals and
objectives. When a donation is received,
the Director of Coaching, after analysis, shall present a budget for
discussion
and approval at the next Board meeting.
Section 7
Fundraisers.
Club Fundraisers
50%
of club fundraiser monies raised by an individual shall be
credited
directly to the individual's team account and the
remaining 50% be donated directly to Real Boise Soccer Club. At the end
of the
season, if any positive balance exists in the individual team member, a
check
will be mailed to him/her.
Team Fundraisers
80%
of team fundraiser monies raised by an individual shall be
credited
directly to the individual's team account and the
remaining 20% be donated directly to Real Boise Soccer Club. At the end
of the
season, if any positive balance exists in the individual team member, a
check
will be mailed to him/her.
