INDEPENDENT TEAMS Independent teams are welcome to register their players and teams in IYSA through Real Boise Soccer Club. We will diligently take care of all your registration needs and we will provide guidance in the case you want to create your own independent club. We have an awesome registrar, who is compensated, and will take care of you in a profesional and timely manner! Also, we will let you participate at our club camps at a reduced fee. Another benefit we will provide, it is the possibility that your players guest play with our great teams in league play (using the IYSA approved club pass) and in tournaments, if they are looking for extra games and if there is a good fit. From our bylaws, Article V "Membership" : Section 4 Associate Membership is available through the Real Boise Soccer Club. This type of membership allows independent teams to register at IYSA (or any other soccer association where Real Boise Soccer Club is affiliated) via our affiliation and using our registrar services. Associate members shall adhere to the club code of conduct but are not obligated to participate in the coaching programs. Besides any IYSA (or other association they want to join through Real Boise Soccer Club) fees and dues needed to register a team, a small fee may be charged for administration/registrar expenses. Associate members are not subject to club/training fees unless they sign up for a coaching program. Associate members shall keep their own name and identity. Associate members shall not have a vote.
